Yoga + Therapy
Yoga therapy is the use of evidence-based practices—gentle poses, breathing exercises, meditation, somatic movement and relaxation techniques—to address specific health concerns, both physical and mental.
Sessions are tailored* to the individual and combine scientifically proven modalities with Christian principles, supporting overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Our Yoga Therapy is designed to be an advantageous adjunct for any mental or physical therapy already in place.
We have application, attendance and acceptance policies in place for all of our Yoga Therapy sesssions.

Anxiety Therapy
We offer intensive sessions that incorporate meditation, movement, and scriputure to address Anxiety Disorders.
The modalities used are proven to reduce rumination, retrain neural pathways, and idenitify somatic responses to anxiety.
Sessions are typcially 1 1/2 hours for a period of at least 8 weeks, no longer than 12 weeks.



Bone, Joint, Muscle Therapy
We offer sessions to address bone loss, balance, joint mobility, muscle loss, and overall physical wellbeing.
We are able to tailor a plan for your specific physical needs based on proven modalities.
Sessions are based on individual goals and progress.
